Star Martinez, known as S.P. Marz, is a transformational wellness educator and author dedicated to helping individuals move beyond survival mode into intentional, empowered living. Based in Texas, she bridges holistic wellness with consciousness studies and storytelling to inspire human transformation. Her work, including the Vibe n’ Thrive community and books like The Unmaking of America, focuses on the infrastructure of healing—rhythm, community, and the held container that allows us to finally breathe.
